Welcome to PNGStock.in. By accessing or using our online image compressor tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

PNGStock.in provides a database-free online image compression toolkit. This service allows you to temporarily upload images (JPEG, PNG, WEBP, GIF) to reduce their file sizes. All uploaded items are processed on the server and automatically, permanently deleted from our cache within 1 hour of processing.

3. User Data & File Ownership

You retain full copyright and ownership of any images you upload through the service. We do not inspect, share, or store your images beyond the 1-hour processing window required to generate and deliver your compressed file or ZIP package.

4. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You agree to use PNGStock.in only for lawful purposes. You must not upload files that contain viruses, trojans, or malicious code designed to disrupt server operations. You are prohibited from attempting to bypass our rate limiters or access unauthorized server directories.

5. Limitation of Liability

The image compression service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. PNGStock.in makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the compression quality, server uptime, or reliability. In no event shall we be liable for any data loss or server interruptions arising from your use of our toolkit.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the service, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
